Safe AI write access
I help teams give Slack, Claude, ChatGPT and Agentforce safe write access to Salesforce, by matching each skill to the process and system requirements behind it.
SLACK · #SALES-OPS
“Add Dana Reyes from Northwind as a contact.”
How I help
Good systems reflect how a business actually works. I bring process design, architecture, and implementation together so teams can improve operations and adopt new technology with confidence.
The write runs as a real user, with their permissions, not a shared super-account.
Each skill is limited to one process, one object and the fields it should touch.
Validation, dedup and approvals run first, and every write leaves an audit trail.
Implementation
01
Document how a contact, opportunity or case is created today, including the exceptions.
02
Turn each process into a narrow skill with defined inputs, fields and system requirements.
03
Permissions, validation, dedup and approval steps, enforced in Salesforce, not just in a prompt.
04
Roll out in Slack, Claude, ChatGPT or Agentforce, then review what was written and why.
Example skill map
A sample of how I define write skills. The real map is built around your objects, rules, and approval paths.
| Process | Skill | System requirements | Channels |
|---|---|---|---|
| Create a contact | create_contact | Required account, dedup on email and domain, allowed fields only | Slack · Claude · ChatGPT |
| Create an opportunity | create_opportunity | Stage and amount validation, owner rules, approval above a set threshold | Slack · Claude · Agentforce |
| Advance a stage | advance_stage | Stage-gate fields required, no skipped stages, change history kept | Slack · Agentforce |
| Log an activity | log_activity | Linked to the right record, no overlap with call-capture tools | Claude · ChatGPT |
| Open a case | create_case | Entitlement check, routing rules, required customer context | Slack · Agentforce |
Next step
We can map the process, identify the right controls, and decide what a safe implementation should include.
